GUHDO CONCLUDES IT'S 20TH YEAR IN BUSINESS ON A HIGH NOTE. Having celebrated 20 years in the United States in 2006, we want to thank our many loyal customers and friends for their continued support, which has allowed us to continue to grow and post another successful year in 2006.

NEW PCD GRINDING MACHINE INCREASES SERVICE CAPACITY. We have added yet another new CNC grinding machine to our PCD service center to create additional capacity as we grow, and to be able to keep our commitment to limit in house sharpening to minimum time requirements.

| GUHDO Werk in Germany acquired by DIMAR |
GUHDO Werk, Wermelskirchen, Germany has been undergoing reorganization and effective December 1, 2005, was acquired by DIMAR of Israel.
GUHDO USA has no affiliation with GUHDO Germany, beyond the supplier relationship. GUHDO Germany has supplied GUHDO USA with high quality precision carbide-tipped circular saw blades and carbide-tipped corrugated and planer knives in a relationship that spans 20 years. GUHDO USA was granted a trade name licensing agreement by GUHDO Germany to use the well-known and very reputable name when the U.S. company was established in 1986.
