A cutterhead that is designed to cut various deep profiles in solid woods as well as composite materials.  Single-sided inserts are used and supported by a steel backer plate.  Profile limitations, depending on body width as follows:

For 40mm wide head:  Max. Profile Depth is 20mm, Max. Width is 32mm

For 60mm wide head:  Max. Profile Depth is 25mm, Max. Width is 52mm

For 80mm wide head:  Max. Profile Depth is 30mm, Max. Width is 56mm

Recommended RPM:  

D=160mm  5,000-9,000

D=180mm  4,200-8,000

D=220mm  3,500-6,000

The multi-profiler is a very versatile tool and can be used for any number of different profiles, by simply replacing the inserts and backer plates.

Cutterhead Set for Cabinet Doors - Series 4079

Dedicated insert cutterheads for producing cabinet doors.  Consisting of one cutter for the stile (stick) and one cutter for the rail (cope) profiles.  Each cutter is capable of producing three profiles shown by simply changing the profile inserts.  Profiles with radii for stain relief.

Cutters are designed for material thickness of 3/4" to 1", tongue depth of 1/2", groove width of 1/4" and have a 10 degree hook angle. 

Recommended RPM:

125mm = 4,800-8,000
