Carbide-tipped Groovers  3008, 3009

Precision carbide-tipped groovers.  For use on CNC machines, arbors are also available in the Router CNC section.  Bores can be modified if needed, for a small additional charge.  Large carbide tips for many sharpenings.  Special groove width, if not listed below, also available.

Insert Groovebed Cutterhead

Steel body with 2 spurs on each side to ensure a clean groove.  Non-adjustable groove width.  The spurs are four-sided, groove knives are double sided.   These groovers are dynamically balanced. 

Recommened RPM range is 6,000-12,000.
