GUHDO - a name synonymous with quality. GUHDO USA was established in 1986 in Grand Rapids, MI and is extremely proud to be entering its 20th year of business.

In cooperation with GUHDO Werk GmbH in Germany as well as strategic partnerships with other leading European tooling manufacturers, GUHDO USA today offers a complete tooling program for the woodworking industry, plastics industry, as well as a number of cutting applications in unrelated industries (Recycling, skiving, textile and tobacco).. In 1997, with the expansion of the company's service facility, the company headquarters was relocated to the metropolitan Atlanta area. Our Marietta, GA facility is one of the few facilities in the U.S. that offers both in-house diamond tool sharpening as well as in-house custom carbide insert grinding.

Our partner companies are ISO certified and thus explicitly required to adhere to European safety and quality standards.

In addition to our standard tooling program, many items of which you can see here at our website, there are many more tooling applications that we offer. Custom tooling for CNC machinery, moulders, tenoners, planers, etc. represents a large part of our business, and our mission is to provide our customers with the tooling they require, not to pacify them with a second-best solution.
